What it does
- Timetable: every room and teacher on one screen; weekly, one-off and group lessons, closures; clashes are blocked.
- Leaves and make-ups: record student or teacher leave, decide whether to charge and how the teacher is paid, schedule make-ups.
- Lesson credits: students buy lesson packs; see who is running low or owes lessons; payment reminders are drafted for you.
- Teacher and staff pay: percentage, fixed, hourly or per-student shares; lock a month after payday.
- Parent link: parents see upcoming lessons and remaining credits in a browser — no app, no sign-in, never prices or other families.
- Owner and front desk: owners manage prices and settings, managers handle daily records; every change is logged.
Trial and data
- Sign up on the web for a 14-day free trial (email verification required).
- After the trial the studio becomes view-only; data is kept for 60 days and can be exported.
- Student and parent data is only used to run the service. No ads, no tracking.
